Akkad Restaurant
Restaurant software for tables, the kitchen and the cashier
Akkad Restaurant is an app made for restaurants and cafés. Open a table, add rounds as the guests order, send each dish to the right kitchen printer, and settle the bill at the cashier, even when the internet drops.
A restaurant order is not a shop sale. It opens when the guests sit down, grows round by round, and is paid at the end. Akkad Restaurant is built around that: tables, rounds and a kitchen that gets each ticket on its own printer.
Takeaway and delivery orders sit in the same order list, the menu is the same one you sell from at the counter, and your reports show what sold and what you earned at the end of the day.
What your restaurant gets
Tables and a floor view
Group tables by area and see at a glance which are taken, the open bill, how many guests and how long they have been seated.
Rounds
Add a new round to an open table without starting a new order. Each dish can carry its own note for the kitchen.
Kitchen printers
Send each category to its station: grills to the grill, drinks to the bar. Anything not assigned goes to a fallback printer, so no dish is missed.
Dine-in, takeaway and delivery
Choose the service types you actually use. A takeaway-only kitchen never sees a table picker.
A cashier that keeps selling
Settle bills, open and close cashier sessions, and keep selling when the internet drops. Sales sync when it comes back.
Menu, online and in reports
Dishes are not stock-counted unless you want them to be. Publish your menu online, and read sales and best sellers in reports.

Questions
Do I have to use tables?
No. Pick the service types you use. A takeaway or delivery kitchen works without ever seeing the table screens.
Can different dishes print in different places?
Yes. Each kitchen station is a network printer linked to the categories it makes, and a fallback station catches anything not assigned.
Do I have to count stock for every dish?
No. Stock counting is off for new dishes by default. Turn it on only for what you do count, like bottled drinks.
Does it work without internet?
The cashier keeps selling offline and syncs the sales when the connection comes back.
Which devices does it run on?
Android and iPhone, tablets, Windows and Mac computers, and any web browser. Waiters and cashiers work on the same orders.
